The road from Oban through Glencoe to the Bridge of Orchy takes you through the heart of an ancient volcano, it is a place of history, wildlife, adventure and myths, located within the awe-inspiring Lochaber Geopark in the Highlands, this is a perfect base for exploring the area of Lochaber, offering summits, valley, waterfalls and lochs,There are many interesting stops along this road with Loch Tulla, Loch Ba, the peaks of Buachaille Etive Mor, Buachaille Etive Beag, the Three Sisters and the Meeting of the 3 waters waterfall and Loch Achtrichtan It is known as the Outdoor Capital of the UK, with a deep glen and towering mountains that were formed through violent volcanic eruptions, and then sculpted by massive glaciers, mountaineering and climbers will find plenty of challenges in the crests and ridges of Aonach Eagach, or any of the eight Munros on the estate.
