Stunning Coastal Walk from Dunnottar Castle to Stonehaven This walk along the coast from Dunnottar Castle to Stonehaven is really breathtaking. It takes you from the castle to the town. You'll get stunning views of the cliffs, the North Sea, and even the castle itself as you make your way up the path. The hike covers roughly five kilometres (about three miles) and takes hikers through areas rich in natural beauty and historical significance.

St. Cyrus National Nature Reserve: Located not too far away from Kinneff, the St. Cyrus National Nature Reserve is home to a number of hiking paths that take visitors through a variety of ecosystems, such as sand dunes, meadows, and cliffs along the coast.
