Stunning seaside vistas and a variety of hiking trails can be found on the Stoer Peninsula. The Old Man of Stoer, a striking sea stack that can be accessed from the village of Stoer through a coastal route, is one of the attractions.
Northeast of Drumbeg is a remarkable mountain called Quinag, which has three peaks. It offers strenuous hikes that are rewarded with panoramic views of the surroundings.
Suilven: To the southeast of Drumbeg is the recognisable mountain known as Suilven. It is a well-liked location for seasoned hikers and has a distinctive shape. Although the ascent is strenuous, the peak affords stunning views of the Assynt region.
South of Drumbeg lies a National Nature Reserve called Knockan Crag. It has a system of trails that offer information about the region's geological past. For all ages and abilities, there are a number of quick hikes.
Culag Woods: To the southwest of Drumbeg, close to Lochinver, lies a wooded area. It provides a variety of walking paths through the woodland and along Loch Culag's shoreline. The trails offer a serene and beautiful experience and are clearly designated.
