The kids in my care and the kids in my family have been here many times. Staff have always been welcoming and helpful, going out of their way to put a smile on the kids' faces and make them feel at home. Using the steps to get to the roof is a no-brainer, and they watch out for the kids the whole time. Their understanding of the island's history is impressive, and the objects they've collected make for fascinating conversation starters. We have a tradition of going to see Santa Claus every year and wouldn't think of going anywhere else. The exhibits are well-designed, and the newest addition, a puppet show, is fantastic. Volunteers always go above and above, and their efforts are much appreciated.
