Find a vacation home in the most gorgeous open countryside right off the road leading from Nonington to Sandwich, and make sure it does not have any immediate neighbours.

Both the picturesque village of Nonington, located just one mile to the south-west, and the quaint hamlet of Chillenden, located just half a mile to the north, may be reached in a short distance.

Chillenden has an outstanding gastropub that is very homey with open fires and a lovely garden, whereas Nonington village has a primary school, a garage with a petrol forecourt, a church, a duckpond, and a cricket pitch on the edge of Fredville Park, a 250 acre country park with many ancient trees. Nonington village is adjacent to Chillenden.

A distance of approximately 9 miles separates you from the Cathedral City of Canterbury, which features a fantastic retail centre and a wide variety of cultural attractions. About three miles distant is the A2 trunk road, which provides access to Canterbury as well as the Channel ferry service that departs from Dover.

It takes only 45 minutes to travel to Ebbsfleet International Station, from which trains to Central London depart every 15 minutes and take only 15 minutes. The surrounding seaside towns of Sandwich and Deal offer a variety of facilities for leisure and entertainment, such as three championship golf courses. Nearby Snowdown Station, which is only a two-mile walk up the road, is where trains travelling between Canterbury and Dover stop.

The village is located close to Canterbury, which is famous for its cathedral, as well as the historic port city of Dover. It is flanked by several other lovely Wealden villages.

You can find a large number of caravan parks, camping grounds, and enticing bed and breakfast places in the region.

Green fields and a stunning Norman church all contribute to the town's attractiveness. This picturesque village in Kent is located in the heart of the county's rolling countryside, and it is home to a church that showcases the work of Norman artisans. The portion of the church located to the east.

This region is filled with historic inns and guesthouses that serve as the hub for tourism; some of these establishments are rumoured to be haunted. The village offers a diverse selection of community conveniences, such as retail establishments, a post office, a general practitioner's office, a church, a newsagent, and a general store. Additional recreational, educational, and shopping opportunities can be found in the neighbouring towns of Deal, Dover, and Canterbury.

The A2 leads to the M2, the A20 in Dover connects to the M20, and the Martin Mill station is on the same line that leads to London St. Pancras.
