Spain, The climate in Spain is incredibly diverse and is largely affected by its altitude and the surrounding sea, it is one of the most mountainous counties in Europe and has two oceans the Mediterranean and Atlantic on both sides of it.

There is also a huge difference between the northern and southern climate.

 The country of Spain is mostly located on the Iberian Peninsula in Europe.

The country's mainland is bordered to the south and east by the Mediterranean Sea except for a small land boundary with Gibraltar; to the north and north east by France, Andorra, and the Bay of Biscay; and to the west and north west by Portugal and the Atlantic Ocean.The territory also includes two archipelagoes, the Canary Islands off the coast of Africa and the Balearic Islands in the Mediterranean Sea.

Spain has it all dramatic cities, beautiful squares and courtyards, nice little shops to big shopping centres, stunning coastline, hundreds of incredible beaches, sun-blessed resorts, sheltered coves, rustic hidden villages, obscure roads, cathedrals, ruins, museums, History, medieval castles and towers to modernist and art deco architecture, Historic Sites the Alcazer of Segovia, Baelo Claudia, El Escorial, Belchite, La Sagrada Familia and Lugo Roman Walls, all waiting to be discovered.

There sports on land and on the water to suite all ages,with plenty of opportunities to get out and enjoy the country’s stunning outdoors, whether for a round of golf, for enthusiasts there’s world class courses, skiing in the southern slopes of the Pyrenees, Or chasing surf off the Basque Country coast.

 Spain is one of the most mountainous countries in Europe, and as such is hugely popular with walkers, there are fantastic day-hikes, climbs and circuits possible almost everywhere, for the waking enthusiasts you can walk among the highest peaks in Europe after the Alps.
