On a day ticket, you can take advantage of joining in Sailing, Canoeing, kayaking and Windsurfing lessons at specific times of the day for per head per hour.
All equipment including Wetsuits or waterproofs Buoyancy aids, Helmets, spray decks if required. are dependant on conditions and experience.

kayaking is the easiest way to get active at Loch Insh, no experience necessary.Enjoy the enclosed safety area on the sit on top kayaks until you get the hang of it.
With a little more confidence you can venture out and explore the loch.
For those more experienced they have a fleet of traditional, closed cockpit river kayaks, perfect for learning river techniques and of course rolling.
With a security deposit the kayaks are available by the day or week if you are planning your own expedition.
Off the loch you can still access 4 miles upstream into the Insh Marshes Nature Reserve the biggest wetland of this type in Europe where you can see lots of wildlife or you can travel 1 mile downstream to to visit the two islands on Loch Insh where you can see the resident osprey most days in spring and summer.
